(Petasites hybridus): Highly effective at lowering migraine frequency by up to 50%. Critical Safety Note: Raw butterbur contains pyrrolizidine alkaloids (PAs), which are highly toxic to the liver. You must only use products explicitly labeled "PA-Free".
